Does anyone here have an idea for a hug pillow for MFM after his heart surgery?

After heart surgery for several weeks afterward you are directed by the doctor to forcefully cough several times a day to keep the lungs clear. It hurts because your chest has recently been jacked open and to ease that you are given a pillow to clutch. It would be nice...I think, in honor of the smiles he gives us daily, to make him a special DU pillow of some sort.

Even if it were just a DU t-Shirt stuffed with fluff.
