Interesting article from Norway

I thought that the differences between the US and Norway were interesting in this article.

Young teens may get free birth control pills
Norwegian health authorities are considering offering birth control pills at no charge to girls younger than age 16.

Girls aged 16 to 19 currently have the right to obtain free birth control pills in Norway. The National Institute of Public Health has now sent a letter to the Health Ministry proposing that all young women up to age 25 be offered free birth control pills as well.
