Careful - The Turbo Tax free online IRS service may not be free

I've used it for three years, and this year I was charged a $29 processing fee. I presume it was because I had to file a 1040 instead of a 1040-EZ. But if that were the case, they should given me the courtesy of informing that I didn't qualify for the free service before continuing. I DIDN'T appreciate being "sneaked" into their "Deluxe" service!
