The idea of "reconciliation" in Iraq, is a pipe dream. we won't see it in our lifetimes. However by partitioning IRAQ. they have at least a start twards that. after reconciliation, is forgiveness. thats a long way off and that is up to them. our forces cannot be there till that day. nor hold their hands and make them play nice. foot dragging is what it is. the Iraqis need to do on their own.
