I just stuck my nose in GDP

I've only every posted once as my own thread, that was during the primaries and I got slammed, so I've never ventured again. But, I've had a little wine tonight and a little fight with my 17 year old, and topped that off by watching the McLaughlin Group and dropped a rant into GDP. Can I get a little love from the Bidenites?

17 year olds are notoriously thick headed. Give him time, maybe he will turn around. I am 32 and much easier to deal with now that I have my own children or so my Mother says.

One of the best conversations I ever had with my Mom was when I had to forgive her and myself for all my teenage BS. If karma is real, I deserve what I get, but I must say, my son is way better than I was as a teenager! Maybe its just this whole having to let go stuff, where did the last 17 year go?

3. I was never a rebellious kid, just hardheaded. I never even stayed out late

enough to even get a curfew. I was too interested in saving the world and I argued with my parents about pretty much everything. I am more humble now and know more about the world. I have 3 and 4 year old girls and wonder how they are not babies anymore. My husband told me the other day that they will be going to college before we know it, it happens to everyone. I think your son is just finding his way in the world, unsure of what he wants to do right now just like many of us were at that age.
