Biden's dog makes debut

Joe Biden's puppy, a German shepherd named Champ, made a surprise appearance at a Teachers of the Year event at the Naval Observatory last night and he stole the show.

As Dr. Jill Biden made introductions at the event, Champ appeared at the top of the stairs. He sat there for a few seconds before making his way down the steps, drawing oohs and ahhs from the crowd.

"He wants to be introduced," Biden joked as Champ planted himself beside her.

Now that is adorable. Hear is a picture of him. He is getting so big.



Maybe he and Bo can get together for a Doggie playdate.

Bo and Champ seriously need to meet. I wonder how a Portuguese Water Dog and a German Shepherd would get along though.
