2. Why on earth would a 70-year old man

run for the senate as a junior senator? Is that the best candidate the republican party could come up with?

3. Good question about the age, but as for the Reps getting someone else, I'm getting

that he's very well liked. So maybe he IS the one with the best chance to beat a Dem. And, come to think of it, maybe that's why they're getting him to run -- to get back a seat in the Senate.
