I was preparing to be mad when I read the title - but it's very enlightening. What I have to wonder is where the hell is Hillary? It's Biden and Kerry that seem to have the most influence in foreign policy these days... http://www.npr.org/watchingwashington/2009/10/joe_biden_second_best_balloon.html

Biden and Kerry DO have the actual foreign policy chops and relationships with so many of those people, but I remember Madeline Albright saying that she had no problem being listened to when she landed in a big white jet that had The United States of America emblazoned on the side. And we know Hillary is more than capable of standing on her own... wonder what's up? Even if she differs in some policy points she would certainly forward the WH's agenda -- she's a pro.

The title was a bit deceptive.
Its a big world and there's probably more foreign policy than one person can handle at a time, though it is curious we haven't heard much about Hillary lately.
