Dear Group Leaders,

Dear Pioneers:

We congratulate you and your group on this 48th Anniversary of our Organization, privileged to celebrate it side by side with our dear Commander in Chief and with Raul.

On the 50th Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution they urged us to study more, as a first duty; to deepen our knowledge of the history of our homeland and our local history and to take advantage of the rich experience of the members of the Association of Combatants of the Cuban Revolution; to get ready to be useful men and women, always aware of that which the Revolution may need the most.

Today we cannot be thinking of that which we like the most. Because if we do so, who would then be looking after the interests of the nation? Accompany and love your teachers dearly, and be ready to replace them in the noble mission of educating.

To be members of this Organization commits us to be like Jose Marti and Mariana Grajales, and to follow the example of Fidel, Raul, Vilma, Celia and all the heroes and martyrs that have made it possible for us to have the privilege of a Revolution. To assure that it exists for ever is our watchword and our main task.

Our Young Pioneers Organization is privileged to have you, who are indispensable today and who are standing tall and being better revolutionaries, faithful and loyal to a Cuba that in order to prevail needs the vigor of its children and youngsters, strengthened by their commitment to build a better future for all.
