I haven't read this, but I imagine one might need a bottle of Pepto-Bismol to get through it. The subtitle about "advancing people driven change," can only mean, "please give CANF money so we can give some of it to "dissidents" so that change happens in Cuba through the most direct route - treason!" No matter what happens between Cuba and US, CANF knows that the money will be flowing big time.

The Cuban "exile" Congressfolk will have to start selling Cuban sandwiches from little stands in Miami. Maybe Ileana Ros-Lehtinen can get her own cart so she can sell right on the sidewalk. Cool!
