El Universal: Representatives of the Venezuelan Chamber of Air Transport Companies (CEVETA) met with members of the Administration & Services Committee, Venezuelan National Assembly (AN) and urged them to mediate with the Executive Office to speed up the allocation of foreign exchange.
Eugenio Molina, CEVETA's president, said that the Foreign Exchange Administration Commission (CADIVI) has authorized the payment of part of the 2009 debt. However, there are still delays in the approvals of authorizations, which has had an impact on the purchase of spare parts.
