have a good time. try the locro de papa (a potato soup) in Quito. also seco de chivo (stewed goat meat). on the coast its ceviche of course and any type of seafood.

Fyi I spend my senior university year on scholarship in Quito, but it was three decades ago. It was one of the best years of my life. Quito now is much more modern than when I was there but the people have not changed. Very friendly. Think you will have a wonderful experience. Any questions? The best friend of Ms. rabs is from Quito.
