Remember, Cuba has an extensive infranet available to all Cubans in schools and libraries. Cubans will have access to the Wikileaks docs, plus many have the time to actually read them. Also, Cuba's media will not be obsessing over the political gamesmanship of the prosecution of Assange. Unlike the corporate media, they will be focusing on the content of the leaks. I bet that the best show on TV anywhere in the world on this issue is "The Round Table", a real issue based, very popular nightly discussion show on Cuban TV.
