i will keep it brief with the facts as i know them duetsch vrs lynch for US HoRep seat limbaugh was on air while the polls were open exhorting listeners to vote lynch is this a violation?
i am not sure but this may be one of rush's many "home"districts as he lives in Palm Beach County

for the Federal Elections Commission.
But people can encourage others to vote for whomever, and it has nothing to do with the polls being open or not.
Places or worship, because they are tax exempt, are not supposed to get directly involved in politics, such as telling members for whom to vote, but that's widely violated.
