I have also noticed how eager a lot of Democrats are to support Crist. Makes no sense to me. If all the Democrats voted for Meek, he WOULD win. Splitting our own vote... confusing.

Meek is a Democrat and will wholeheartedly support President Obama and the Democratic agenda. However, as "Republicans" go, Rubio would definitely far WORSE than Crist- who has actually been at least somewhat supportive of President Obama and isn't a total jerk. I don't expect Crist to caucus with the Democrats in the Senate if he wins but if he does win, we may at least get his vote on a few initiatives.

The campaigning on this board for Crist is bizarre. That he's better than Rubio is irrelevant. If Meek merely holds onto the core Democratic base then he will win. If Obama and Gore won Florida then Meek can get 40%.

The scary part is that polls typically under-represent black and low-income voters. That will be used as an excuse to build support for Crist. People could wake up the day after the election with Meek losing by 2% points and realize that they could have gotten a Democrat in office if they had ignored the polls and worked for Meek.

www.pbpost.com. The "Post on Politics" is a good source. I have n doubt Meek is a grea guy but so far hardly anyone down here knows him. No way would Crist caucus with repubs, just wouldn't happen. If Meek is viable I will be happy to vote for him, but if not then Rubio wins. Cannot have that.

25. The FL M$M has been in full force support of Crist. They did the same thing for

McDonnell, portraying him as a moderate. The M$M never questions. Never investigates. Never hits harder. Thank God for Rachael. Ed Schultz needs to do a better job with investigating the political backgrounds of these politicians. Unfortunately it appears Democrats have jumped ship to follow Crist picking sides early on against Toomey. I like Meek and it's a damn shame he's fading, but he didn't stand a chance with the GOP primary getting all the ink.
