Started My Job At Gallup This Week

Hey guys,


I just started my new job at Gallup,

I don't do the polling for O's polling and congress, those are really hard jobs (btw)
I do polling to see if people are gonna vote against cutting funding for highschool or for it,
I get a lot of teabaggers that say screw the kids




Anyway, just wanted to catch up

2. I worked as a pollster for Zogby years ago.

You will come to hate it when you have to poll Southern California and New York City. Three out of four of your calls will be met with, "Oh give me a BREAK, I do NOT have time for this." *click* Apparently, those people are REALLY busy. There are always some nice ones from upstate New York, northern California, and the Bay Area, though, and New Englanders and Midwesterners are almost always very polite and friendly.

Just remember to keep to your script, and that you have the right to hang up on anyone who's abusive or rude to you.
