Democratic Senate candidate Cal Cunningham has reshuffled his campaign staff for the June 22 runoff.
Gone is Rick Fromberg, the campaign manager, who left shortly after the primary, Rob Christensen reports. He had previously managed the campaign of Virginia Congressman Glenn Nye and had been issues director for Wal-Mart Watch and political director for John Edwards' Nevada campaign.
Also gone is Angela Guyadeen, Cunningham's communications director, who had previously worked for an Arkansas congressman as well as a regional press secretary for Hillary Clinton.
"We retooled a little," said campaign spokesman Jared Leopold. "We are looking at a little different kind of campaign for the runoff, lower turnout, less of an air war, more grassroots. We've done some restructuring."
