|
now the pundits are saying why didn't he have an answer during the press conference. That's the job of the Communications person

| 9. besides who cares what the pundits think. Nobody watches them except us political nuts |
|
if you look at their overall audience it's pretty small. Pundits love listening to themselves talk and are (mostly but not all) full of hot air.

| I just heard Ed trashing the event on the radio.. |
|
and he's completely wrong.
Like the rest of the lazy media he is focusing on PR, not substance.

|
maybe he didn't think that question had any place in this press conference, since it's a fabricated controversy.

| 13. Let's say it is, is the condition unexpected? Do you deal with it as it is or just cry foul? |
|
What do you expect from a corporate media? No matter how much Obama bows and scrapes for the captains of industry they will knife him in the back and sell him out as soon as convenient or when fitting with their schemes.
Obama's only friends are the ones he sees as having nowhere else to go. The Republicans, corporations, media, banks, and conservadems will never be with him, not even if he fulfills their agenda with all the gusto of Reagan.
His only play has always been to cherish the hatred of his enemies and fight for the structural changes the nation's well being requires but he has so far elected to play ball and paint a target on himself from all directions.
A person can only truly serve one master and some masters make cruel use of their tools.

All the media cares about is Obama's PR face, they don't give a crap about ACTUAL problem solving by the administration even as we witness it.

that anybody that does something that pisses me off be replaced ASAP because they pissed me off.
There will be no warning over who will be replaced, it's just gonna happen so all of you better be careful what you say about me in the future. I have pretty thin skin and a short fuse so WATCH IT!
If Obama actually listened to the bitching and moaning around here about every official in Government would probably be fired every three or four days.

| 18. The Elizabeth Birnbaum resignation was handled badly |
|
Here he is saying this response to the blowout was his top priority, and then he says he didn't know that this key regulatory chief had publicly resigned that very morning. The President was ill-served not being briefed on this.
