My Representative, Bruce Braley, voted for financial reform. And to the surprise of absolutely nobody, the two republican reps. in our great state, Latham and S. King voted no. I wish they would go away. Especially King.

5. So this is just the house vote

the senate won't vote until the 12th of July according to your link. Interesting, I just doctored the form letter sent from Organizing for America to my two senators and one representative.

I was snarky to Voinovich and told him that I knew his record and that he rarely if ever voted in the best interest of America and wondered if he could consider "the little people" this time rather than Wall Street.

It was fun to write that even though I know he'll never read it, I will however get a form letter in reply telling me why he just couldn't support this. :eyes:
