A side effect of that is their GOTV consists of some volunteers, but a large amount of robocalling and telemarketing, which isn't especially effective.

Good Democratic candidates have a large army of volunteers who'll phone-bank and canvass, and give a more personal and more passionate touch to the campaign that GOP doesn't have.

According to most polls, Democrats and Republicans are tied on the registered vote generic ballot. It is the likely voter pool that shifts the advantage to the Republicans. The undecided pool consists of many Democratic voters who can and must be brought home to vote in November.

We need a massive Democratic mobilization effort starting now. We can decisively close the likely voter gap.
