| 5. Um, no. If they're calling it for Corbett, they need to call it for Sestak. |
|
Corbett is +4 and Sestak is +4 according to the state's official results. http://www.electionreturns.state.pa.us/

But, it is what is is. Onorato is a good man and I hope he runs again. Ir was a Repub year for the Gov.

as noted, the 8 year switch, BIG R headwinds, and Corbett just positioned himself so well for it ...
I knew Onorato was drawing dead all along - the prize is squeeking Sestak in/thwarting Toomey ...

| 10. Corbett may have passed Onorato's early lead, but Sestak still holds a 100,000 vote lead |
|
As a PAer trust me, Sestak had the weaker candidate to beat, that's why he's still got an almost 100,000 vote lead.
Corbett was the ONLY statewide elected republican to survive the democratic waves of 06 and 08, hence he was always a difficult candidate. Toomey on the other hand has always been too radical and too conservative for PA.

and Sestak was a bit better candidate for his job than Onorato - Don't get me wrong, I think Onorato would have been a good governor, but Sestak was a VERY good candidate, the only chance to ride into these headwinds and get a W ...
