3. said this before, but bears repeating... LR is like the precocious child

of those friends who expect you to hang on every word of their blathering (and highly annoying) child, as though they were reciting Socrates. LR is a legacy "appointment" and as such, he has done nothing to improve himself nor "earn" the position.
