I Have A Question
Please explain the answer to me like I just arrived here from another country.

How are we served by losing half the Blue Dogs in Congress and our governing majority with it when the minority party and its members in the House Of Representatives are essentially powerless.

Laws or bills originate in the House. We can't even get a bill out of committee now.
