How are we going to claw in money from the MILLIONAIRES & BILLIONAIRES?

So the inevitable will happen the Republican-backed gift to the millionaires and billionaires of this country will be approved. Hardly anyone mentions that the Republicans want to adorn gifts to their masters. Obama is going along with this bless him.

I can understand that the upper-middles - the small businesses should benefit from this tax break but what is the sense of giving the ultra rich a big gift = low tax. These people make milions while they lay off thousands of workers, tax evade by investing overseas and hire crooked accountants!

income tax back to pre-Reagan levels, institute progressive tax code on dividens & capital gains (no more 15% tax for billionairs)

3. the usual cry was if you tax the millionaires they will invest overseas

the answer is to chase them and bring them back. You can imagine how people like Dick cheney and his Halliburtons has played the system.

2. The reason is for people to think they have power.

That is also why it is a big story.


If you think they have power they do, so they have to continually try to show that, why a oil well blew up when people were protesting banks and it was on media.

They have to show the illusion of power, because all they have is a bluff of getting people to do what they say.


A banker or a rich person can not do nothing that you do not agree to do. They themselves have no power, unless you give it to them. Although many do good stuff to, thinking they have power is the illusion.

4. these guys DO have power and their business hasn't been transparent

they don't often get caught. One wishes there would be Wikileaks for big corps (although I did see something on Pfizer today).
