The time has come for all good people to do to John Boehner what they did to Nancy Pelosi

Republicans need to be punished for what they tried to do to Pelosi's image, and we can start by taking it out on the weeping nutjob, John Boehner.

Next session, our first order of business should be to humiliate Boehner every chance we get. As soon as any words exit his mouth, we should dismiss 100% of what he says as outlandish, radical, or comical even if it makes him cry. Now I know the people here on DU will be very good about attacking Boehner. I just hope that our Democratic leaders are equal to the task.

And isn't it way past time that we do the same thing to the word "Conservative" as what they have done to the word "Liberal" for too many years?

4. To demonize "conservative" you need some context

"Liberal" didn't get demonized just by being used as an epithet. It took years of phrases like "bleeding-heart liberal" and "liberal agenda" to turn people against it.

So to do the same thing to "conservative" you need an equivalent. And it can't be anything that sounds elitist or condescending. It has to catch the greed, the selfishness, and the general nihilism -- and do so in simple sound-bite form that packs a punch.
