If opposition was primarily based on a policy that's now moot, it's probably time to repeal this ban too. Besides being the right thing to do, it would serve as a terrific "healing gesture" toward the troops.

We're talking about college campuses.
Besides, i'm not sure they mislead "potential recruits" any more than corporate industry employers do, who routinely visit campuses for job fairs.

But that is beside the point.
I am against a "volunteer army" period. That concept is destructive as it seperates the reality and consequences of wars from much of the population. So I personally don't care for the corporate "marketing" on college campuses any more than I like that they do the "superhero" marketing on childrens playstations.
