Call it Romney Care? Please provide links.
Our 'democrati' president put his best effort behind a republican plan. At least give Romney the sincere credit he deserves - Democrats can pass a republican plan.

|
If that's what you mean, of course they don't. I thought you meant why don't they call ROMNEY'S HC law "Romneycare." Obama DID pass a democratic plan. So did Romney-in liberal Massachusetts.

| 9. Obama passed a republican plan - Romney Care. |
|
That's what it is - adjusted for a federal program.
It's Romney Care & centrist Democrats like you should be careful to call it that. Because that's what the party is going to run on.

| 11. Romneycare is a Democratic plan. Romney was Governor of MA-not exactly a "red" state. |
|
And I am NOT a centrist Dem. I'm a LIBERAL Dem.

| 15. When Romney Care was passed in Washington - w/ Dems |
|
In control of all 3 houses - the president was no doubt involved.
So you're saying Massachusetts held a gun to Romney's head to pass the same? That he was neutered?
Like Obama & a public option?
That the BEST democratic president in a generation can't produce better than a republican governor of Massachusetts? Not even a little bit?

| 19. The Obama HC Law was the best he could get with the Conservadems in Congress. |
|
Romneycare was passed FIRST. And with MA being a very liberal state, Romney passed what the majority in his state wanted. You can continue to call Obama's HC Law "Romney Care" all you want, if it makes you feel that it's a "Republican" law. Well, you're wrong. ROMNEY passed a LIBERAL HC law, which is why no conservatives like it.

|
to the Clinton plan in 1993. Dole didn't need to use it as some powerful self-centered arrogant Democratic Senators took care of the Hillary problem for them.

In the land of John Wayne there isn't room for the poor, sick or old? Obama became aware of this sometime in the last 2 or so years.

even though he grew up without a silver spoon in his mouth and was still repaying his student loans 'til a few years before he became president. He remembers where he comes from and wants to help others. He is NOT putting policies in place to make himself richer. That's a ridiculous statement. :eyes:
