Guys, what is going on?

First the Repubs sweep the House, they pillage my home state of Minnesota and now, they seem to be controlling the font size on my DU.

I first noticed it this AM - it seemed like they had grown. I wonder if the non-stop Media worship of Rand Paul has me paranoid? Anyway, I tried messing with the font size thing at the top of the page and, of course, since it said, Large Fonts, well, it made them even larger. Then, the damn button disappeared altogether so I can change back. I feel like I'm at my 85 year old father's computer, except it would probably be at Drudge or something.

I know this has come up in the past but I don't recall the remedy. Any help appreciated.

edit - oh, that's nice, now I have a link allowing me to switch back to smaller fonts. I did, but the fonts are still larger then they were. FTR I didn't adjust my screen view settings. Did ya'll do something?

1. Is this happening on other sites or just DU?

First make sure that if you're in a forum, one of the small links at the top left of the screen under the site logo says "Switch to large fonts." If the link says "Switch to normal fonts" then click it.

If that doesn't help, try holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and scrolling with the mouse and see if that changes your font size.

It's my work computer I was having the problem on and it only really showed, that I was aware, on DU. I figured out what it was... :blush:

There is this little magnifying glass in the bottom right corner of my Internet (piece of crap don't use at home) Explorer and somehow I bumped it up to 125%. Didn't even know it was there.
