America has lowered their tax rates and they have received increased bonuses and incentives, yet they are not hiring Americans to perform high paying jobs that were available not many years ago. The corps are sitting on trillions of dollars and are spending what they are spending on creating low paying jobs here and, increasingly, abroad.

If Atlas has already shrugged then we need to shrug right back and increase taxes on the mega rich and corporations that are making record profits. No more carrot but lots of stick, imo. Atlas doesn't like America or Americans in large part. I hope ways are found to fix this problem without just settling for a third world lifestyle.
