Rape is, however, not seduction. Yes, he is innocent until proved guilty.
Rape, however, is unequivocally not seduction.

The two stories going around sound more like cases of overblown confidence in one's seductive powers and could be interpreted as misguided attempts at showing passion.
(on edit: taking a beneficial view, for the sake of discussion, of course :-)

Excuse me. "The Great Seducer" reminds me of another Political Figure who was just incredible in SPEECHES... Folks fainted and he threw them "water bottles" so they could get "re-hydrated."
