Open letter to Ed Shurtz, Keith Obermann, all center and left talkers...

We cannot afford to keep losing you guys. I know the right can say anything and get away with it, and we cannot. There is no fairness in that, but it is reality.

There is also, personal examples that we all have to set.. and we do have to live up to the standards we want from others. We as the people of the center and left have no leeway or do overs.. we have always been held to a higher standard.

The reason we are held to a higher standard is that we HAVE STANDARDS..

So please, please.. take a page from the President.. and play it cool, even when you want to rip their heads off and hand it to them

Use that fire to get the job done.

We need you guys.. You are our public voice. WE NEED YOU!.

1. Has the site Raw Story gone right wing? I just watched the

report on Ed calling Ingraham a slut, which a part of me loves, and a part finds sexist. They show Ed's face spinning and then distorted and then proceed to show Ingraham normally. This is not the first time I've felt a covert slant to the right over there. Is it just me?? I didn't feel this way in the past, only over the past, say year or a little less.

2. I like Olbermann, O'Donnell, Maddow, and Schultz as much as everybody here but

even I can see that they're just as misleading at times as some of the right wing talkers...well maybe it's not equal but they do over reach sometimes. But yes you're right we do need left wing people on the news.

Ed has standards, Olbermann has standards, .. FOX does not, Hannity does not, Limbaugh does not,Coulter does not etc etc..

People who have standards understand when they have crossed a line and try to correct it.. Those who don't. do not care
