I read somewhere that corn chips (Fritos, Doritos, etc.) and other snacks made from cereal grain are composed of Eighty Percent GM corn/foodstuffs!

Yes, I know Food Safety is mostly sanitation, but I do believe that testing, especially long-term, will be impacted also.
