1. This knee capped the speculators.
They drive the price up for no reason.

Opening the reserve, without announcing it ahead of time, created an instant downward effect.

And now, going forward, the speculators have a new variable to content with ... a new "unpredictable" element. If they push the prices up, at any moment Obama can knee-cap them again.
