Koch Industries has given $10,000 — the maximum legal political contribution — to Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) since he was elected in 2010. The Koch PAC tapped out with a $5,000 contribution on June 30. In March, Brown was caught brown-nosing to petrochemical billionaire David Koch by ThinkProgress Green:
