Of all the things you people fight over, numbers and money are the easiest thing to compromise over. Meet in the middle. It's not that hard. 50% cuts, 50% taxes.

Okay, I know half cuts and half taxes were never on the table, but it's a nice, concise slogan the average person could understand. And with any luck it'll cause him to choke on his peanut butter & jelly sandwich.

1. I told my republican rep about 2 weeks ago that

I did understand that his position was not to raise taxes
I told him I could prove that this country did better when the rich
were taxed more and if he disagreed he needed to provide the facts to
prove his position and if he could not and still held his position that
I then felt he was bordering on being traitorous just to hold the party line
without any facts to back him up.
