I've been watching the livestream and reading the twitterfeed.

Sounds like the police are going to try and clear out Liberty Plaza.
They arrested the media team earlier and now over 30 additional police vans have arrived.
Also spotted is the orange police net (fencing stuff).

Video (they said there may be a blackout which will force them to move to skype)...
