seeking to justify war crimes because they voted for the war criminal in question when they used to ooze faux outrage when a war criminal from a different party committed lesser war crimes (I seriously believe many of the people here disliked detention and wiretapping without due process and love execution without trial. 25. There are some pretty heinous laws

Everything Hitler did to the citizens of Germany was "legal" under German laws. He would have been subject to international courts if he had lived, though.
Likewise neither Bush nor Obama have violated US laws. If people here want to lobby the international court- go for it.
Disagree and hate the act all we want, but hyperbole gets us nowhere.
