| This is my "eat crow" post... |
|
I've been complaining about my bank (Key) because according to my arithmetic my account was off by $4.00.
Well, Key is now charging $2.00 for a paper statement, so that accounted for $2.00 of it. I'll keep that feature because I don't feel comfortable with online banking at this time.
In addition, when I obtained my balance from customer service, it was given to me in the morning. That evening, the account statement was cut. Key's ATM fees are not taken out until the moment the statement is cut, so there was a $2.00 fee from four weeks prior that was not included in the balance given to me by customer service.
I guess I can look at it in a good way... At least my arithmetic was accurate.
And, I'm really glad I didn't go down and scream at them until I had a look at my statement.
:dunce:

| 1. One of the things I love about online banking, you get to see all |
|
withdrawls and deposits almost immediately. As soon as the bank person enters the action into your account it shows up on the computer...You also avoid a lot of those nickel and dime fees also.

| 2. When I feel I have a secure email account, I may consider online |

banking. For now, I'm good with the outcome.
