| The Constitutional Case for Marriage Equality |
|
Since 1888 the U.S. Supreme Court has said 14 different times that marriage is a fundamental right. The last time the U.S. Supreme Court said that marriage was a fundamental was was in 1967. they did not say Interracial marriage was a fundamental right but marriage was a fundamental right & the last laws banning interracial marriage were overturned.
I am tired of fighting this on a State level I want it to go to the Federal level & go before the current U.S. supreme Court. I want them to say that the last 14 times the U.S. Supreme Court was wrong & marriage is not a fundamental right.
ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT ALREADY!
