6. I believe that a movement like OWS is our best hope...It is beyond just politics it gets to the core

of what is wrong with our country. The rich have corrupted our very society.
We were founded on the concept that PEOPLE were MORE important than ANY CORPORATION.
OWS is calling attention this that simple fact.

7. Yes I agree. Those calling for a clear concise message; those wanting to co-opt it -

leave it alone. I see OWS as an internet of people; fluid, continuing to grow and expand, sustainable for the long term; without a central leader or message. We've come together to change the status quo.

It's quite wonderful and hopefully impossible to stop. It may simply just become a new way of living.

Right now the Occupy movement is the most real, grass-roots movement since civil rights and Vietnam. I'm supporting the movement (Occupy Portland here), and feel inspired to a degree I haven't felt in many years.

But...

the movement lacks coherence, and it's current model isn't sustainable over the long haul. That's not a criticism, just an observation from someone who's been doing activist and organizing work for awhile.

Even the official "Declaration of the Occupation" from OWS, while brilliant at stating the problems, is thin on offering solutions.

So if the movement coalesces a bit (while remaining de-centralized), I agree 100%, I'm just not quite ready to go all-in yet.

10. What I mean: Our best hope to start fixing the mess that has become the

U.S.A. Thirty years of trickle down poison poured by the right-wing (and sympathizers) has got us knocking on "death's door". It is time to create (restore?) economic justice and level the playing field, so to speak. What do you think should be done?

11. i'm sure the hard right is seeking ways to hijack the movement

to be simply anti-Obama sentiment, I'm hoping OWS remains galvanized against the 1% who run the entire current mess
