Is an "Occupy White House" movement offshoot from OWS inevitable?

While Obama has very richly deserved to be publicly humiliated via an Occupy White House protest for his countless capitulations and giveaways to Wall Street and the GOP, it's only fair that Republicans and corporate Democrats endure the same humiliation at the same time. Bipartisanship, in a way.

from the words "Occupy White House." I'd say it's a little soon to know, but not impossible.

Our government are just puppets. The puppet masters are Wall Street, the top 1%. They've been making the laws forever now. Our government just does as it is told by the money holders. Taking the protest to the U.S. government is like asking to talk to one of the cashiers in the store when the manager is already right in front of you. It would be pointless. That is why past demonstrations and protests did nothing. Until we protest to the right people, nothing will be done. Cut out the middlemen and go to their bosses.

That's why Occupy Wall Street is the right thing to do. Occupy the U.S. government, not so much. They are just the cashiers. They can't really do anything until their bosses tell them to. That is why we take it to their bosses. Then, their bosses can tell them to fix this shit. Until their bosses say jump, the government won't do shit.

It would be a waste of energy and effort to go to D.C. and protest the government, honestly.

You'll find that I'm not fine with how they are helping to set the agenda. But why should good people like Lloyd Doggett, Donna Edwards, Sheldon Whitehouse, etc. be lumped in unfairly with the John Boehners and the Mitch McConnells and the Kent Conrads?

Organize locally and link up nationally.

Our occupy event is Oct. 15
Use tactics that bring others into agreement with you, this makes them participants and shows the support we share with each other.
An example would be a sign that reads, HONK IF YOU SUPPORT ?, or, HONK FOR NO CUTS TO SOCIAL SECURITY.
Lets get off our collective asses and do this now.
This is the time we have been waiting for.

Because in the end, when all the protesters have gone home, it will be what happens in Washington that changes the country. If the occupy movement wishes to be effective it will not only have to accomplish a full occupation of Washington but in order to get the attention of the Politicians on whom change will ultimately depend the city will have to be brought to a standstill, and not just for an hour or a day either.

You can support the candidate of your choice, and even work to get one elected. Right now, barring new developments, you have a choice of President Obama and a far worse Republican alternative.
