What next?

I think it's obvious that the PTB want the OWS to end. They simply haven't figured out a way to do it yet. They have tried the "dirty hippies" strategy and it didn't work. But they want it to end before it gets even stronger.

So, what's next? I think it would be naive to think that they will let the "occupation" go on much longer. They will attempt to tear down the tents and to disperse the occupants. One of their favorite weapons is tear gas. It doesn't leave any bruises. They will evict many of the occupants and jail a few. I think it is just a matter of time before this happens. Does anyone disagree?

What happens then? Do they ban all cameras from filming their actions? Do they stop talking about it on the TV news? Do the occupiers have a back-up strategy? Where does it go from here? Will it only strengthen the occupiers determination to change the decadent system?
