HEE! I *just* got my new DU sticker in time for todays OCCUPY gathering!
Occupy Tahoe, man! Today at 1pm, 2nd gen assembly...covering it as a member of the new media and a proud participant! :bounce:

We have a city that is in budget deficit of over 5 million, and they are gutting services and laying off people as their only solution... been following the labor negotiations really closely. The last local meeting had over 200 people there protesting, so this meeting is scheduled at 2pm on a Tuesday to keep people from showing up...I plan on sharing that tidbit with the Occupiers as well ;)
