In the world we used to know, righteous and law abiding citizens of the world (US included) wanted those responsible for heinous crimes against humans and humanity be brought to trial; to stand before the law and hear the charges of their indecency and crimes. To face their accusers and ultimately face the judge, jury and be sentenced accordingly.

Justice has become too messy, too time consuming,. Either lock the perps up indefinitely without being charged or better yet, immediately execute - the attractive alternatives to law and the justice system. And encourage those countries we befriend to do the same. Swift, easy, no questions asked.
