3. Those were LSD trace-lines from the wide-dispersal spray by C-130's.
Just to make sure everyone was fucked up enough to believe it. Oh, and Saddam is STILL hanging out at the 7-11 pounding down 40 oz Schlitz bottles with Elvis, Jesus, Michael Jackson, Osama bin Ladin and Ghadaffi.
