An Amendment for people, not corporations.

How would you write a simple Amendment to our Constitution that would eliminate corporate person-hood and apply the Constitution only to the people?

3. You're re-inventing the wheel.

The legal term you are looking for is "natural person" -- a natural person, in the law, is a flesh and blood human being, whereas a "legal person" aka "legal entity" can be a corporation, partnership, club, union, government, etc.

....corporations should be subject to unreasonable searches....

....the New York Times will have to go private if they want First Amendment protection....

....I'm no scholar, lawyer or professor, I don't know how to word such an Amendment....but it should be simple and easily understood by all....something even a bagger could understand and maybe agree with....it just might achieve ratification....
