Would you vote GOP if promised you $15,000?

Weird curious question:
Last spring the Saudi royal family paid every citizen $5000 to keep them from revolting like in Egypt.
Its fairly obvious that Wall Street and the GOP have been the equivalent of the Saudi royal family with all the money going to the top.
If they promised to give every citizen say...$10,000, if they won in 2012, would you vote for them? If not, why or how much would they have to promise? Would they win?

So if the ill gotten gains of the top 1% were even say roughly 1/10th of that, $4.6 Trillion, that would be $23,000 each.

Minnesota had a surplus which Jesse promised to return to the people. Thus, supposedly if you voted for him, it would be worth $5,000 to you. Then after he won a three-way race by about 2%, he was quick to back off and claim that the legislature had already spent the surplus. Probably a number of people voted for him to get the $5,000.

49. I have voted for The Democrats all my life for "Economic Reasons".

When I was 6 years old, my Dad told me I would be a fool to ever vote for a Republican unless I had $1 Million Dollars In the Bank
(and that a MILLION DOLLARS in 1955 Dollars).
The "Economic Reasons" easily translate into Social Issues.
The BIGGEST "Social Issue" is ultimately Economic Injustice,
though you may have to go through a couple of Degrees of Separation to get there.

I support Organized LABOR so that the Working Class can enjoy the protection and comfort afforded by a Bigger Piece of the Pie,
and those ultimately include health care, benefits, retirement, and a safer Workplace....ALL about The Money.

Even Environmental Concerns have a direct working relationship with MONEY.
A toxic environment costs everybody more in Health and Livability Issues.

So, Hypocrisy Aside, I VOTE for Democrats based on MONEY,
and the belief that it should be more evenly distributed to the Working Class & The Poor.
Unfortunately, that Brand Allegiance to the Democratic Party based on benefits for the Working Class hasn't been earned by The Party for over 20 years.


Few people know that in 2007, Socialist Governor Sarah Palin Raised taxes on the Oil Companies in Alaska,
used the proceeds to fund Alaska's Social Programs,
and had enough left over to send a check to every resident of Alaska.
