Just stumbled on Hair...and it has an odd feel

To it. It was, still is one of my favs of that other era...but it is just strange right now given what is happening in them streets.

1. I got to see the Broadway road show

at the Geary street Theater in SF in 1969 with my high school sweetheart. I had just got out of basic training.

It was magic, except for the fact that she and I never did consummate our relationship.

6. Listening to the soundtrack yesterday

Saw it at the Biltmore, in New York in 1971. Was 17 and very idealistic ( were not we all? ). Still am but tempered by 40 years of crazy hate.
