What about those who earn less than 20K annually? And what about the 99'ers?

I understand there are a lot of good provisions contained in this package, but if we're "compromising" on things like letting the tax break expire for the top 2% of earners, the Estate Tax, etc., we shouldn't "compromise" about ALL of the people who need help.

If we're going to borrow from China (and who knows where else?) to ensure passage, shouldn't we be willing to borrow to HELP American citizens?

This breaks my heart. Please don't support this.
