Press *1 if you believe Obama was born on Maui
Press *2 if you believe Obama was born on Molokai
Press *3 if you believe Obama was born on Ni'ihau
Press *4 if you believe Obama was born on Lanai
Press *5 if you believe Obaman was born on Kauai
etc
etc
etc
Press *42 if you believe Obama was born in Kenya

Then, once they've negotiated the process... ....ask them to enter their credit card number and security code.

Second round of questions:

Press 1 if you want a a copy of the Honolulu Advertiser birth announcement for President Obama's birth. Cost: $175
Press 2 if you want a copy of the Live Birth Certificat e that every damn fool on earth has seen. Cost: $350
Press 3 if you want to transfer to United Air Lines so you can come to Hawaii yourself and search through our files.....
Press 4 if you have no idea what you want or think but you are sure that this is money well spent.....
